We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Applications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for executing the commercial application and Salesforce strategy.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee the architecture and integration of Salesforce solutions and other commercial applications, ensuring smooth operation and data flow across all platforms.
- Develop detailed business & functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and wireframes.
- Design solutions that include customization, integration, and automation to optimize business processes and deliver actionable insights.
- Establish and enforce best practices for software development, security, and data management.
- Work with the Chief Digital Officer and our Business Transformation Manager to develop the Salesforce and Digital Roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications or other relevant certifications.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a similar leadership position with at least 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
