Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Director to join our team at Luxottica. This is a key leadership role that will focus on developing and executing strategic real estate plans to drive business growth.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for negotiating leases, managing relationships with the development and broker community, and promoting strong working relationships with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of specialty store retail real estate, commercial real estate, business law, and retail finance. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions for new sites, extensions, renewals, and rent reductions.
  • Promote strong working relationships with the development and broker community.
  • Present negotiated deals to senior management and recommend a course of action.
  • Inform the company of activities within the shopping center and retail industry.
  • Recommend stores for remodeling and make site visits to evaluate the retail environment.
  • Manage Leasing Coordinators and related office responsibilities.
  • Special projects as required.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 12+ years in related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in executing retail growth strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of specialty store retail real estate.
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate, business law, and retail finance.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Data oriented with proven ability to analyze and synthesize data.


Salary
$150,000 - $200,000 per year
