Salesforce Developer Position

Québec, Quebec, Canada Eddyfi Technologies Full time

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Eddyfi Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the configuration of the Salesforce platform. This includes deploying new features, overseeing data integrity, and monitoring performance to optimize processes and support business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, document, and maintain solutions and processes within Salesforce.
  2. Develop and maintain Salesforce apps and features.
  3. Define innovative solutions to improve Salesforce usage and meet business needs and growth.
  4. Participate in Salesforce integration projects with other internal tools.
  5. Maintain and test the various interfaces between Salesforce and other internal systems.
  6. Manage security and user licenses, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, groups, and more.
  7. Contribute to the construction of reports, dashboards, and list views to facilitate data management.
  8. Configure workflows, validation rules, triggers, and other automation tools on the platform to automate and optimize as many processes and operations as possible.
  9. Work closely with other information systems managers and sales operations.
  10. Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users anywhere in the world.
  11. Train and support users on the new tools and features deployed.
  12. Optimize Salesforce performance, provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
  13. Ensure code quality, write unit tests, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  2. Two to five years of relevant experience.
  3. Knowledge of CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
  4. Hold a Salesforce Certification (Developer, Admin).
  5. Be bilingual (French/English) orally and in writing.
  6. Be autonomous and organized.
  7. Have an eye for detail and a developed sense of analysis.
  8. Ease of multitasking in an ever-changing environment.
  9. Experience in software development (APEX, Visual Force, HTML, Java Script, SQL, and other object-oriented programming languages) (an asset).
  10. Experience with a manufacturing company (Asset).
  11. Experience with Power BI software (Asset).

On a day-to-day basis, we develop, produce, and market non-destructive testing devices: sensors, probes, robotic solutions, etc., as well as the necessary operating software. Our instruments have applications in a variety of industries, including oil & gas, aerospace, and nuclear.

All positions based in Quebec require full proficiency in French, both written and spoken. Additionally, functional skills in English are also required to meet the needs of our offices and international customers.
