We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Supreeth Totani. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining a filing system, and determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Filing and Organization: Maintain a well-organized filing system, both physical and digital.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, and review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
