About Kamma Enterprises Ltd.

We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced office support coordinator to join our team. As an office administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior staff members, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing supplies, and maintaining equipment.
  • Policy Administration: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies related to record management and access to information.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 office support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans to ensure business continuity in the event of an emergency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Security Clearance: Must have a valid criminal record check.
Work Environment
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
