  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for opening and distributing mail and other materials, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.
  • In addition, the Administrative Coordinator - Office Support will compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • They will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, greeting people, and directing them to contacts or service areas.Requirements
  • Flexibility, organized, and a team player are essential qualities for this role.
