Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator - Office Support to join our team at AAA Rightway Van Lines Moving & Storage Ltd.

About the Role

  • This is a permanent, full-time position working 32-40 hours per week with a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Office Administration: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
  2. Scheduling and Coordination: This role involves scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, as well as coordinating travel arrangements and other logistics.
  3. Communication and Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential in this role, as the candidate will be interacting with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders on a regular basis.

Requirements
