Support Coordinator for Office Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator for Office Operations to join our team at AB Weeping Tiles. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and maintaining effective office systems.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week. English language proficiency is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain office procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication via phone, email, or other electronic means.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Design and implement manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure high-quality output.
