Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Host India Cuisine. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Collaborate with our culinary team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet our restaurant's budget and customer preferences.
- Staff Management: Monitor and improve staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, supervise staff, train staff, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Event Management: Manage events and ensure that they are executed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Supervision: 5-10 people, 11-15 people.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
