About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong financial background and experience in operations management. You will be responsible for planning and directing our operational priorities, goals, policies, practices, and initiatives in accordance with our strategic direction.

You will also lead and execute a strategy that drives excellence across our finance and operational organizations, leveraging best-of-class processes, technology, and team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct operational priorities, goals, policies, practices, and initiatives
  • Lead and execute a strategy that drives excellence across finance and operational organizations
  • Participate in the formulation and execution of the corporate vision, strategy, and business objectives
  • Understand and apply efficient and cost-effective operations knowledge and practices
  • Ensure operational milestones are met on time, with high quality
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant finance leadership or controller roles
  • Several years of operations management experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Six sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement projects
  • Demonstrable evidence of a track record distinguished by exceeding expectations
  • Strong team building skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate
