Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead our commercial asset management efforts, driving strategic growth and operational excellence. This role requires a strong financial background, complemented by experience in operations, HR, ERP, CRM, and e-commerce. You will work closely with our CEO to develop and implement business strategies, foster a culture of empowerment, and inspire high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our CEO to develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead the development and implementation of processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our operations.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of empowerment, inspire high-performing teams, and recruit top talent to drive business growth.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sound financial management practices.
  • Customer Service: Drive a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service delivery and meeting customer expectations.

Competency Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance, people management, planning, commercial acumen, and team skills. A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance leadership or controller roles is required, along with several years of operations management experience. Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement projects is an asset.

What We Offer
