Regional Administrator (Bilingual) Job Summary

Homewood Health is seeking a highly skilled Regional Administrator (Bilingual) to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our Clinical Manager and Clinical Network, ensuring seamless services and programs for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Manager and Clinical Network
  • Greet clients for their in-person appointments and maintain a welcoming front reception/waiting area
  • Answer general inquiries in-person, by phone, or email
  • Contact/rebook client appointments when a clinician is unexpectedly out of the office
  • Manage office inventory and order office supplies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office and customer service environment
  • Exceptional customer service delivery skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French & English
  • Ability to adhere to established policies, processes, and guidelines
