Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Client Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
