Job Summary

Cintas is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Facility Services Division. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business-to-business accounts and driving revenue growth through prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating revenue and meeting sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Developing and qualifying leads within assigned territories to drive additional sales opportunities
  • Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and product presentations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Possess a valid driver's license in good standing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and Contact Management System
