Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Princeton Holdings Limited. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in developing and managing our advisors' book of business, deepening and broadening relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their insurance needs.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with advisors to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on life insurance and living benefits products, practices, and processes, providing expert advice to clients and advisors.
  • Administrative Support: Assist advisors with administrative tasks, including preparing insurance applications, managing underwriting requirements, and maintaining data in our Client Relationship Management database.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to advisor inquiries and concerns, providing clear and concise communication to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in life insurance and living benefits.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Life License Required (LLQP) and a University Degree/College Diploma are required. Meet all provincial licensing requirements, including continuing education requirements.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance carrier application procedures.
