Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Black Bear Carpet Cleaning Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures and newsletters.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of business software, including MS Office and QuickBooks.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
