Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at JAI PUSHPA AND CHRIS HOLDINGS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Manage our office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of staff.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
