Strategic Learning and Talent Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Learning and Development to lead our team in crafting exceptional learning experiences and elevating talent management strategies.
About the RoleAs a key member of our senior leadership team, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of our Learning and Development strategy, leveraging the latest social, digital, and technology solutions. Your expertise will inspire field and corporate leaders to reach their full potential every day.
Main Responsibilities- Partner with senior executives, People & Culture Business Partners, and Diversity & Inclusion champions to assess and address learning needs across different lines of business.
- Develop actionable recommendations that spark performance and operational excellence.
- Cultivate high-potential associates with the VP of Talent and Senior Leadership, ensuring a thriving pipeline of talent for the future.
- Identify skill gaps, accelerate internal development, and implement strategies to retain top performers while nurturing emerging talent.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of 10+ years leading a team in training, development, and talent management.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and exceptional facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in designing and developing training solutions, including needs analysis, setting objectives, developing course material, and evaluation methods.
- Bachelor's degree and CPHR preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
