Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national recruitment and sourcing strategy to attract top talent to Rexall Pharmacy Group.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand key business priorities, hiring volumes, and initiatives for talent attraction needs.
- Lead a team in creating and implementing effective talent acquisition processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Continuously improve recruitment by sharing best practices, understanding business needs, and brand strategy.
- Develop innovative approaches to position Rexall in the marketplace to attract high-quality talent.
- Build strong relationships with community members, hospital foundations, and government representatives.
- Manage annual budgets for recruitment and maintain vendor relationships.
- Provide workforce metrics and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements for Success:
- 6-8 years of professional experience in talent attraction.
- Experience in the retail sector is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience in dealing with and influencing senior executives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
