The Role: Director, Talent Attraction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national recruitment and sourcing strategy to attract top talent to Rexall Pharmacy Group.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand key business priorities, hiring volumes, and initiatives for talent attraction needs.
  • Lead a team in creating and implementing effective talent acquisition processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Continuously improve recruitment by sharing best practices, understanding business needs, and brand strategy.
  • Develop innovative approaches to position Rexall in the marketplace to attract high-quality talent.
  • Build strong relationships with community members, hospital foundations, and government representatives.
  • Manage annual budgets for recruitment and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Provide workforce metrics and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements for Success:

  • 6-8 years of professional experience in talent attraction.
  • Experience in the retail sector is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience in dealing with and influencing senior executives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Customer-focused professional approach.
