Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Learning Professional to join our team as a Talent Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify and prioritize learning and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish function-specific learning roadmaps to address critical skill and capability gaps.
  • Forge strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Develop and implement learning strategies to ensure timely and quality delivery of L&D solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and provide insights to inform future development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a consulting or relationship/account management role, advising clients/partners on skill and capability development requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a projects delivery environment, preferably within the fields of learning and development, talent development, organization design, or related.
  • Experience managing/leading teams or project teams.
  • CHRP, CTDP or equivalent certification a plus.
