Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Rexdale Financial Services Corp is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a business services environment
  • Permanent position, 30 hours per week
  • Language of work: English
