MCI ACCOUNTING is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Scheduling and Administration: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain calendars, and perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry and Bookkeeping: Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate records and ensure financial compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and experience in an administrative role. English is the primary language of communication in this position, and the work term is permanent with 40 hours per week.
