About the Role

Cafe Bon Bon Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, team player, judgement, and ability to multitask.
  • Work Environment: 30 hours per week, permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
