Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer service sales team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, customer experience, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer service sales team: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance: Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address any issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience: In sales operations, customer experience, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills to track and analyze sales metrics.
