Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Cafe Bon Bon Inc. as a key member of our sales operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assign sales tasks and duties to team members, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting sales targets.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Order and manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Organize and maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Organized and reliable, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- English language proficiency.
