About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Cafe Bon Bon Inc. as a key member of our sales operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting sales targets.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Order and manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Organized and reliable, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • English language proficiency.
