About the Role

Cafe Bon Bon Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of 3-4 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, team player, judgement, and ability to multitask.
