- Record Keeping: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, record and relay information, and maintain work records and logs.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, arrange teleconferences, and provide directory assistance.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Computer Skills: Electronic scheduler, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, and ability to multitask.
