At City Buick Chevrolet Cadillac GMC, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing customers with information regarding new and pre-owned vehicles for sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records, including customer information and sales data.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale, ensuring a thorough understanding of each vehicle's features and benefits.
  • Build and foster a network of referrals, creating new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Provide financial information regarding lease and finance rates, ensuring customers are well-informed throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Valid OMVIC certification.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Valid G driver's license.
  • Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, work ethic, and attention to detail.
