About the Role:

Servocraft Limited is seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating business opportunities, risks, and rewards in the HVAC/Plumbing ICI construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with prospective clients.
  • Work with company management to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development and marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in growing business and developing key networks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Post-secondary diploma in a Mechanical/HVAC discipline an asset.
