Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at Flynn Group of Companies. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in growing our roofing services business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our customer base and expand our market share in the commercial roofing industry.
- Network with local business owners, building managers, and property owners to promote our maintenance programs and services.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with our National team to develop local presence and support national clients in their respective regions.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
