About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at Flynn Group of Companies. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in growing our roofing services business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our customer base and expand our market share in the commercial roofing industry.
  • Network with local business owners, building managers, and property owners to promote our maintenance programs and services.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with our National team to develop local presence and support national clients in their respective regions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
