About the Role

White Cap Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and building relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Facilitation: Facilitate the sales process by responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in determining their product needs and providing logistics support.
  • Sales Order Management: Input sales orders into our computer system in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve quota targets.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; specialized skills training/certification may be required.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales or a related field preferred.
  • Skillset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software applications.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience.
