Sales Representative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business accounts through effective prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a similar industry or role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
