Job Summary

This role will play an integral part in supporting the development of new franchise opportunities in North America and beyond. The ideal candidate will have experience in leasing, franchising, or contract management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing annual corporate returns and collecting various corporate records
  • Work closely with our in-house General Counsel and external counsel to issue franchise documentation and track adherence to franchise law
  • Manage lease entries, record critical dates, and tracking key projects and strategic plans for the portfolio
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience working in leasing, franchising, or as a legal assistant
  • Background in franchise law or contract management considered an asset
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to organize and prioritize competing workloads
Salary and Benefits

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package, flexible work schedule, and staff discounts.
