Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Canamark Property Services Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role and a valid driver's license. You will be based in a location close to our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our computerized systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate all office administrative procedures, including scheduling appointments and maintaining inventory.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and managing finances.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ordering Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with QuickBooks is also an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This salary range reflects the competitive market rate for an Office Administrator in your location.
