Overview

Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the healthcare team
  • Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Assisting with medical billing and coding
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer skills and experience with medical software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
