About the Role

Centurion Asset Management Inc. is a leading investment and property management company seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Call Centre Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and feedback.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organize and book visitor appointments, manage leads, and update available apartment postings on internet listing services and social media websites.
  • Preserve communication with prospective residents, ensuring a high level of professionalism and adherence to Centurion's Vision, Mission, and Values.
Requirements
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience in a retail environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking.
  • Strong typing skills and computer knowledge.
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French.
