Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and client retention.
- Identify emerging industry trends and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with our Indigenous Relations team to further strategic initiatives within Indigenous communities.
- Assist in the development of quarterly and annual forecasting for each product and service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to ensure a broad reach of clientele for our diverse product line.
- Establish key performance indicators to measure business performance and recommend go-forward strategies to address performance gaps.
- A university degree or technical diploma in commerce, business administration, engineering, or a related field is an asset.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales and/or business development.
- Previous sales experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably in the general oil and gas service sector and specifically in oilfields rentals or workforce accommodations is an asset.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be flexible to travel.
