We are Ontario Inc., a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week with an estimated salary of $45,000-$60,000 per year.

About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant - HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating activities, managing information flow, and supervising daily operations.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies, as well as overseeing the analysis of employee data and information. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. You should have a strong understanding of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, as well as experience with basic bookkeeping tasks.
