Job Title: Senior Manager, Large Format and Food Service Sales

As a Senior Manager, Large Format and Food Service Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for Keurig Dr Pepper Canada's Carbonated Soft Drink portfolio in the Large Format Retail Grocery, Drug, and Fountain Food Service Channels. You will lead the development of sales strategies and execution plans to achieve business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and market share in the Large Format Retail Grocery, Drug, and Fountain Food Service Channels.
  • Lead the development of sales plans and budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Strategy, Key Accounts, and Field Sales, to ensure flawless execution of sales plans.
  • Manage and lead the execution of sales strategies with PBC stakeholders.
  • Develop business reviews and forward planning by customer group.
  • Monitor weekly feature cycles and provide insights to influence PBC planning.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Key Account Sales experience in the Beverages and/or Package Goods industry.
  • National Account Sales and Category Management background and experience preferred.
  • Food Service sales experience considered an asset.
  • Strong skill set with Excel, Nielsen, Sales analytics, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other software applications.
  • Proficient computer skills.
