At POPULAR TIRES SALES & SERVICE INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead a team of 5-10 sales professionals in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to sales team members to ensure they meet their targets.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced sales environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work accurately in a busy office environment.
