  • Ensure the quality of food and service meets the highest standards.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock and sales to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to management.
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Establish work schedules that balance staff needs with business requirements.
Supervision:

1 to 2 staff members will report directly to the Food Service Supervisor.
