Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Rogers. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our telecommunications solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to pursue those opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are competitive in the market.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business sales experience, preferably in a telecommunications setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and sales tracking applications.
