As a valuable member of the University Health Network team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment. Our Cancer Education Program is seeking an experienced professional to fill the key role of Patient Service Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of optimum customer services, collecting, verifying, and correcting patient demographic information, generating revenue by investigating insurance coverage, patient accommodation, and allocation options, maintaining ongoing awareness of Hospital-wide bed inventory, and performing other relevant activities to facilitate optimum revenue generation.

This exciting role offers a competitive salary of $$64,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous pension plan.

As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients.

To be successful in this role, you will require completion of Grade XII or recognized equivalent, completion of a recognized post-secondary general or medical office administration program at the diploma level or equivalent, one to two years related medical administrative support experience, previous on-the-job computer/word-processing, database, and spreadsheet software experience, and experience in a Microsoft Office environment.
