Customer Service Role

About the Job

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and be computer savvy with data entry skills in a physiotherapy clinic setting.

Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
  • Coordinate patient intake, scheduling, and medical records.
  • Assist patients with completing paperwork and collect payments at time of service.
  • Track coverage for funding streams and complete data entry and billing.
  • Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director.
