Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a positive and lasting impression on patients throughout their experience
  2. Optimize appointment scheduling to minimize gaps
  3. Manage patient calls and inquiries, including appointments, confirmations, and amendments
  4. Bill patients as they leave the treatment room and process insurance claims
  5. Effectively manage recall systems and maintain accurate patient databases
  6. Process referral letters and patient correspondence upon receipt from providers
