Job Description:As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Practical Nurse to provide personal care to patients. Your goal is to assist nursing personnel in providing high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care to patients according to their needs and preferences;
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery;
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff;
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required;
We are looking for individuals with 1-2 years of education from an accredited educational institution in a healthcare capacity. Bilingualism in French/English is an asset.
