Lead Sales and Operations

This role involves leading our branch, setting sales and performance goals, mentoring, and coaching a sales and operations team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales growth: Drive profitable branch growth in core businesses and new areas.
  • Customer presence: Build trust with customers by learning industry and products.
  • People leadership: Develop, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • P&L responsibility: Ensure operating and sales processes are fully implemented.

We are seeking a leader with:

  • Proven sales and business development experience.
  • 5-10 years of P&L experience in a growth-oriented business.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability.
  • Ability to develop market, sales, and customer growth strategies.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
