Lead Generation Strategist

IndiWork Software Solutions Pvt. Limited is a dynamic software solutions provider seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Generation Executive to join its sales team in the IT industry.
About the Role:The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating potential sales opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research to identify target markets and potential leads.
- Utilize social media, cold calling, email campaigns, and other strategies to generate new lead opportunities.
- Qualify leads through initial outreach, determining their interest level and suitability.
- Maintain a well-organized contacts, leads, and interactions database using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies and tactics.
- Meet or exceed targeted lead generation goals and benchmarks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn is required.
- A relentless drive to achieve results and contribute to the company's growth.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
