Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation campaigns across various channels, ensuring optimal ROI and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, optimize, and implement lead generation campaigns using Paid Marketing channels.
  • Manage budgets and campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Design and execute A/B testing strategies to enhance CTR and CR.
  • Establish and track KPIs and leading indicators, providing regular performance reports.
  • Cultivate best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in media buying platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Hands-on experience setting up campaigns from scratch on Meta and TikTok.
  • Proven ability to develop complex marketing strategies and tactics, overseeing junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working closely with other departments and stakeholders.
