We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Anderson Blake Security Inc. in a permanent, full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Job Description

The Administrative Operations Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. This role will also involve co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. This is a permanent position offering 35 hours per week.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
